I offer private yoga sessions centered around moving well, stretching softly, and relaxing through a restorative practice along with guided meditations. We can go focus on anything you find you like in the descriptions of my workshops or anything else you maybe curious about for a yoga practice.
I recommend private sessions to clients who don’t have the time to take classes at a local studio or simply just want individual and focused attention from a yoga guide. They can also be great for people trying yoga for the first time. Sessions can be done in the comfort of your home or at a local studio with the owner’s permission.
